3. User Accounts

4. Service Professional Requirements

If you register as a service professional, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal right to provide the services you list

• You maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your services
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information provided, including credentials, is accurate and truthful
• You will maintain professional conduct in all interactions

Verification badges indicate that a professional has completed our verification process as of a specific date. Verification does not guarantee the quality of work, and customers should conduct their own due diligence.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLSERVICEPROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

13. Termination
