Project Assistant

Project Assistant helps you scope work, ask better questions, and stay organized while hiring.

Open it

From the client sidebar, choose Project Assistant, or open client dashboard with assistant. You can also use Project Assistant for photo-guided assessments when available.

Good uses

• Turn a rough problem (“AC not cooling”) into a clear request description
• Suggest photos or details pros usually need
• Summarize quote differences before you accept
• Draft follow-up questions about timeline, materials, or exclusions

Tips

• Treat suggestions as drafts — you decide what to send.
• Pair the assistant with Find Pros and Requests for the full flow.
• Monthly free cases and prepaid case packs (when offered) appear in your account / billing context for the assistant.

Agents outside the app

If you connect Claude or another MCP client, use Integrations for keys. Binding actions (paying, accepting quotes, disputes) should stay in the client dashboard — see MCP docs.
