Reviews

Reviews are how new clients decide to hire you. AllServicePros distinguishes ordinary feedback from verified jobs that power your public star score and website badge.

What counts as a verified job

A review typically counts toward the verified rating when:

  1. The client used a secure review link you (or the system) sent
  2. Payment was proven — paid invoice on AllServicePros, or approved payment proof
  3. The client uploaded before and after work photos
  4. A moderator approved the review

Public badge label format looks like 4.9 (42 verified jobs). Scores can take up to about an hour to refresh after approval (CDN cache). Details: widgets docs.

Requesting reviews

  • Open Reviews and send a review request after a successful job.
  • Ask while the work is fresh and photos are easy to take.
  • Do not coach clients on what star rating to give — ask for honest feedback and clear photos.

Responding

  • Reply publicly to reviews from the Reviews console. Keep responses short, professional, and specific.
  • Business plans may get AI reply suggestions via the API / agent — still edit before publishing.
