Verification & trust
AllServicePros uses four independent trust pillars so clients can hire with confidence. Completing them improves visibility and unlocks Verified signals where you qualify.
The four pillars

None of these automatically imply the others. Upload what you are prompted for in the dashboard and watch notifications for status changes.
Verified badge (public)
The public Verified badge is reserved for pros who clear the identity + background requirements (platform rules may stage identity while background is already live). Insurance and trade credentials matter for commercial / property-manager jobs and category gates even when they are not part of the consumer Verified badge.
What to upload
- Clear, full-page scans (readable text, no cropped edges)
- Current insurance certificates with coverage types and expiry visible
- License documents that match the trade tags you claim
Exact steps depend on your trade and market. Start from verification prompts in the Pro Console and keep documents current — expired insurance or licenses can pause visibility or block certain job claims.
Tips
- Start verification early; review can take time.
- Respond quickly if moderators ask for a clearer scan.
- After approval, your public profile can show Verified / Insured / licensed signals where you qualify.
- Verified Pro and Business plans can also show a website rating badge based on verified jobs (payment proof + before/after photos), which is separate from the Verified account badge.
