Team & locations
Business plans can scale beyond a solo operator with team seats and multiple locations.
Team
- Invite people from Team.
- Typical roles (labels may vary slightly in-product):
- Owner — billing, API keys, business settings, full access
- Manager / Admin — bookings, schedules, reviews, day-to-day ops
- Technician / Employee — own schedule and job status updates
- Only share Owner-level access with people you trust. API keys and webhooks live under Developer and should stay with owners or engineers.
Locations
- Add and edit sites under Locations.
- Each location can have its own service radius, hours, and assigned members where supported.
- Keep location pages accurate — clients and embeds may route by location.
Site & domain
- Branded storefront: Site
- Custom domain options (when enabled on your plan) are configured from site / integrations settings. SSL and routing are handled for you once DNS is correct.
